Happy 1st birthday Ava! I was so delighted to mark this big milestone in this little girl's life with a series of family portraits in beautiful Bushy park. I think we often forget the importance of family portraits especially in today's digital age where we take thousands of selfies and photos of our children, but rarely include the whole family. It is only with the passage of time that we look back on family portraits and appreciate them even more than at the time of taking them. I certanly do! I hope these photos will be a lasting memory for Ava in years to come.

Pet and Family photoshoot / London Dog Photographer

I recently did a fun family & pet photo session for a client in Hampton who wanted some photos taken of her dog and two boys, with the aim to frame three photos and give them as a gift to her husband. For these, I photographed the dog and kids against a white background and framed the shot to only show top half of the head. We went out for the second half of the session and enjoyed a crisp sunny winter day in beautiful Bushy Park. You can see a selection of photos from that session below.

Hampton Hill family photography, Greater London

Fiona has been a long term client of mine so I was really excited when she asked me to take some photos during her sister's visit from Hong Kong.

I love doing family photography in Hampton - lots of lovely parks for outdoor photography and for kids to play in. The boys enjoyed running around the playground and it was great fun to photograph them all three playing and interacting.

This delayed blog post is from a photoshoot I did back in late September when days were still warm and long. It was a beautiful autumnal day, and it was a joy to capture a few relaxing family moments at a local park in Hampton, as well as the boys playfulness in the comfort of their new home.
